Silence of the Critics

I have had nothing to say lately and then this just left me speechless. I guess being speechless is good. It at least is a good practice for the time when we no longer have freedom of speech. Seems like there will soon be silence...

Horrible...!

Isn't it horrible!
There is only one way out of this, we have to create a religion that has a "commandment" that says:
"You have to criticize other religions" then nobody can criticize us for criticizing other religions, since we are a religion and religions can't be criticized :)

Good idea!

Hehe now there is a good idea :) !

speaking of criticizing islam...

Did you see this?

She is a brave girl

Yes, and really wanted to blog about it. Just had to work you know :) .

This actually proves a point. If you cannot critisize something without risking being beaten up or killed then the thing you were critisizing really needs to be critisized. It is of course important to critisize the problem areas and not the religion as a whole but freedom of speech needs to exist!

She seems like a really brave person and I wish there was something I could do to support her!

"religion as a whole"

I think that "religion as a whole" is the problem. Religion gives normal (sane) people a certificate that they can do anything as long as it's defending there religion and that coverts the otherwise normal (sane) person to a monster!

Make them stick to the rules like the rest of us

While I agree to some extent I cannot say we should outlaw religion. It does some good... I think :) . What needs to happen though is that it should never be exempt from laws and critism. I think if these two were enforced their power would decrease quite a lot :) .
